The Winning Spirit Limited clothing store operates an exchange service for items that don’t fit. We offer a returns service for items that are faulty.
We are unable to return items to our vendor as they are customised, so please do try to order items that are the correct size. For each item, we list chest, waist and hips dimensions. Please check these before ordering.
If you have ordered an item that doesn’t fit, we will keep the item and order you a new one in the next batch that we order (we order in batches of 10), unless we already have one in stock. This means there will be a delay in your exchange arriving. We will keep the original item in stock.
For exchanges on size, the following conditions must be met:
• The garments are returned as new and in the same state as they were received.
• The garments must be unworn
• The garments must be unwashed
• The garments must be returned in their original packaging
• No name tape must have been applied to the garments
